This shopping facility is only for the purchase of the book ‘Mind How You Go’. The cost of postage and packing is £2.76 and is added at the checkout. To discourage internet fraud it is our policy to deduct the money due for goods and delivery charge from your credit/debit card when we clear the payment at the time of order and only paid orders are accepted. ‘Mind How You Go’ is published by Ashdon Woodlight Publishing.

Orders placed on Monday to Friday will be despatched within 48 hours and are sent via Royal Mail.

RETURNS

Should the product arrive in a damaged condition, please e-mail Susan Taylor on Dragonfiremc@aol.com or telephone 01539 625561 and we will arrange for the book’s return. Any refunds due will be credited back to the card on which payment was made.

PRIVACY POLICY

Neither Ashdon Woodlight Publishing nor ‘Mind How You Go’ disclose buyers’ information to third parties. We do not store credit or debit card details online and all payments are processed through Paypal.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

During the payment process, you will be directed to Paypal, our payment service provider, who will collect your credit/debit card details and communicate with all the major banks. At this stage you will clearly see the padlock symbol to show that you are entering into a secure area. Paypal then sends a unique reference number to us to inform us of your purchase and payment. At no time will any other members of staff have access to your card details.
