In my therapeutic work, I take a highly individual approach to your goals and values. Sessions blend evidence-informed methods—hypnosis, guided visualisations, breathwork and NSDR—with genuine respect for your spiritual beliefs (whether that’s prayer, intention-setting, or energy practices). The result is a grounded-yet-soulful process—a gentle, “magical” mix of science and mind–body–spirit—tailored to you and focused on real, sustainable change. Complementary to medical care; not a substitute.

Book a Personal Session

For a more personliased and focused therapy I offer online sessions.  These might be a one-off session or a structured programme of eight, one hour sessions. 

Your session/s will blend hypnosis, guided visualisation, breathwork and NSDR-style deep rest to settle the nervous system, reduce stress chemistry, and prime the brain for change. Techniques are adapted to your goals (pre-/post-surgery support, better sleep, confidence with movement, or phobia work). This therapy will always be complementary to medical care—never a replacement.

Professional standards & confidentiality
I work to clear ethical standards and confidentiality in line with UK guidance and GDPR. CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) sets public-protection standards for complementary practitioners; BSCH (British Society of Clinical Hypnosis) promotes professional education and ethics in clinical hypnosis. Sessions are confidential with the usual safeguarding exceptions (serious risk of harm, legal obligations). A brief privacy/disclaimer note is provided at booking.
